Blazing Star International Manpower Services has a service process which it follows in the course of its business operation:

  1. Talent and Skill Search. This involves gaining an in-depth understanding of the personnel and skills needs of the customer through study and consultation. We conduct:
    • Customized search and activation of pre-qualified applicants in our manpower data bank;
    • Provincial recruitment; and
    • Advertise through the newspapers and seek referral from company’s network of contacts, e.g., PESO (Public Employment Service Office).
  1. Screening, Assessment and Evaluation. This step involves the screening of pre-qualified applicants by our recruitment officers before a final interview by the employer is set or arranged.

  1. Selection and Interview. Our recruitment officers prepare a short-list of the selected candidates and have them ready for the interview by the employer, if such is needed or desired, either face-to-face, by telephone, or online interviews.
  2. Training and Testing. We provide assistance services to workers who need training and refer those who need trade tests to accredited and reputable trade testing institutions. We also make referrals for medical examinations.
  3. Documentation Assistance. We provide assistance to selected workers for their documentation requirements and processing with appropriate government offices, such as the Department of Labor and Employment, Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, Overseas workers Welfare Administration, and the Department of Foreign Affairs.

  1. Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar. This is a POEA requirement for departing workers to orient the workers regarding their country of destination.
  2. Airport Assistance Services. We provide airport send-off and pick-up services for workers and employers, including assistance for airport documentation formalities.
  3. Monitoring and Reporting Services. This stage include work site visit whenever there is opportunity, monitoring through employer; and communication with families as the need arises.
