CREW LEADER

Description

• Candidates must have at least Bachelor's / College Degree
• The job requires both Male and Female applicants
• MInimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position
• Applicants must be 21 to 33 years old
• Supervising crew members, including cooks, servers and hosts
• Training crew members on food handling and customer service
• Making sure that cleanliness standards are followed, including hygiene, quality and food safety
• Scheduling shifts and making sure that all shifts are properly filled.
• Checking the maintenance of equipment and making sure that the equipment is fixed when it is broken.
• Monitoring food supplies and ordering more as needed
• Resolving customer problems, including menu questions, pricing questions, and customer complaints
• Helping crew members with their roles when needed
• Resolve issues between crew members when the need arises
