SENIOR MANAGER

Description

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive  experience in cinema management or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Applicants must be 25 to 40 years old.
• Proven track record of successfully managing cinema operations or a fast-paced Retail/Hospitality Business and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and business acumen.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and senior executives.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for cinema and commitment to delivering exceptional movie-going experiences.
