FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

Description

• Candidates must have at least Bachelor's / College Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.
• Applicants must be 25 to 40 years old.
• Minimum of 3 years working experiences is required for this position.
• Relevant certifications in food safety and management are advantageous.
• Previous experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a cinema, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques.
