LOADER OPERATOR

Description

• Candidates must have at least High School Diploma.
• The job requires Male applicants.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position.
• Applicants must be 25 to 35 years old. 
• Operate front-end loaders to lift, transport, and deposit materials such as soil, rock, and construction debris at designated sites. 
• Perform routine maintenance checks on loaders, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and the condition of controls and attachments. 
• Coordinate with site supervisors to understand daily operational needs and prioritize tasks accordingly. 
• Adjust equipment settings and operation techniques based on material types and environmental conditions to maximize efficiency and safety. 
• Monitor the loader’s performance during operation, identifying and reporting any signs of malfunction or wear to maintenance personnel. 
• Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents, including the use of personal protective equipment and adherence to site-specific safety guidelines. 
• Keep accurate records of material movement, including quantities loaded or moved and the destinations of materials. 
• Assist in the training of new loader operators, providing guidance on machine operation, safety practices, and site-specific procedures.
