GROUNDS AND MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Description

• Candidates must have at least Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate.
• The job requires Male applicants.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position
• Mow, edge, fertilize, and aerate lawns and playing fields to keep them healthy and neat
• Safely use, clean, and perform basic maintenance on power tools and machinery like lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers. 
• Check outdoor areas, fencing, and playground equipment for safety hazards, reporting or fixing issues as needed.
• Complete basic property repairs, such as fixing gates, boundary fences, or simple irrigation leaks.
